Notice of Transition to a Holding Company Structure
We are pleased to announce that, effective July 1, 2026, the FICT Group has established FICT Holdings, Inc. and transitioned to a holding company structure.
This organizational change is intended to strengthen the Group's strategic management capabilities, enhance operational efficiency, and further promote collaboration among our group companies.
