Security Advisory: Impersonation Emails

We have recently confirmed multiple suspicious emails and messages impersonating FICT or our representatives, requesting the creation of LINE groups. Please note that these messages have no connection to our company.
FICT representatives will never ask you to create LINE groups through non-business communication channels.

  • These emails may involve security risks, such as:

Malware infection
Phishing site redirection
Unauthorized access

  • To protect your information and systems, we recommend the following precautions:

Avoid clicking on any URLs included in these messages
Do not reply or provide personal information
Refrain from creating or joining LINE groups based on such requests

If you receive a suspicious email, please delete it promptly.

  • Example of a fraudulent message (in Japanese):

「お疲れ様です。業務上の必要により、まず、自分だけがいるLINEグループを作成し、臨時の業務連絡用に使ってください。他のメンバーについては、後で入ってから再度調整します。グループ作成が完了しましたら、グループのQRコードをこのメールアドレスに送付してください。」

  • How to identify spoofed emails:
Even if the sender's name claims to be FICT or a representative, any email sent from a domain different from our official domain (@fict-g.com) should be considered suspicious. Always check the sender's email address carefully.
